Operators first.
The Jade team has been building and running data businesses across five continents for over three decades. We don't advise from the outside. We operate from the inside.
What differentiates Jade is not access to capital. It is operating depth.
Every member of the Jade leadership team has spent their career not just financing data businesses — but building and running them. That distinction shapes how we evaluate opportunities, how we engage with portfolio companies, and how we create value over time.
Doron Cohen
Founder, Chairman & CEODoron Cohen has spent over three decades building and stewarding critical data infrastructure across some of the world's most complex markets. As the owner and Board Chairman of Dun & Bradstreet Israel for over 23 years, and as the architect of the CIAL Dun & Bradstreet franchise across 43 Latin American markets, Doron has built Jade into the definitive trust infrastructure platform for hard markets.
Earlier in his career, he founded Fidelity Holdings and grew it into a top Russell 2000 company with over 600 employees and $400 million in annual revenue — establishing the operating blueprint that Jade continues to follow today.
His operating philosophy is simple: the most defensible businesses are built in the places others find too difficult. Jade exists because of — and is shaped entirely by — that conviction.
Built to last.
Jade is not structured around a fund cycle. We are not optimizing for a near-term exit. We are building infrastructure businesses designed to compound value over decades — and our team culture reflects that orientation entirely.
We are long-term thinkers who move with urgency. We believe the best outcomes in hard markets come from operators who are willing to stay — through regulatory complexity, macroeconomic volatility, and the long arcs of institutional trust-building our markets require.
Every person on the Jade team is hired for operating depth first. We do not hire advisors, board observers, or generalist investors. We hire people who have built things, run things, and understand the difference between a pitch deck and a P&L.
Operators, not observers
We run our businesses from the inside. Every strategic decision is made with full operating context.
Complexity as advantage
We seek out markets others avoid. Regulatory friction and institutional opacity are features, not bugs.
Infrastructure thinking
We build for decades, not cycles. Every investment compounds into a more defensible platform.
A truly global operating team.
We're always looking for exceptional operators.
If you're an operator who thrives in complexity, we want to hear from you.
