Building the backbone of trust for the AI economy.
Jade is an active infrastructure holding company. We own and operate the critical identity and trust layer for commerce across Latin America and Israel — and we're building it for the era of autonomous AI.
A conviction built over decades.
Jade's story begins not with a strategic pivot, but with a simple observation made over 23 years of running critical data infrastructure in some of the world's most demanding markets.
Our founder and chairman, Doron Cohen, has been the owner and Board Chairman of Dun & Bradstreet Israel for over two decades. In 2016, the Jade team acquired the operations of Dun & Bradstreet International across 43 countries in Latin America, forming CIAL Dun & Bradstreet.
We learned that the hardest problems in these markets aren't technical. They're structural. Fragmented identity systems, inconsistent data quality, layered regulatory regimes — these require institutional knowledge built over years, trusted relationships with regulators, and the patience to build data assets that compound over time, not quarters.
That accumulated knowledge — earned through decades of operation, not acquired in a transaction — is the foundation Jade was built on.
The great inversion.
Artificial intelligence is restructuring the global commercial data market — but it is not doing so uniformly. It is structurally discriminating, and it discriminates in favor of those who operate where data is hardest.
In advanced economies, AI compresses the value of commercial information. Public data is abundant, standardized, and increasingly accessible to any model. As AI capabilities improve, proprietary advantages erode. Margins compress. Differentiation disappears.
In complex markets, AI has the opposite effect. It amplifies those who have already done the hard work.
In complex markets — Latin America, Israel, and the high-friction economies where Jade operates — the same AI capabilities produce the opposite outcome. These market characteristics are not barriers to entry. They are the very source of a multi-billion dollar opportunity for those with the assets, the expertise, and the institutional relationships to navigate them.
Commerce does not run on probabilities. It runs on verification. Every credit decision, every supplier onboarding, every compliance review rests on a single question: who is this counterparty — and can I trust them?
Jade builds the infrastructure that answers that question. And we build it where it is hardest to build — because that is where it is most defensible.
Trust is architecture, not sentiment.
Trust is often mistaken for a soft concept. It is not. Trust is architecture — the deterministic grounding layer beneath every decision system, the structured representation of identity, the verified linkage between entities, obligations, histories, and outcomes. Without it, automation collapses into guesswork.
A core component of Jade's trust infrastructure is the D-U-N-S Number — the globally recognized primary key for business identity. In an AI-driven economy, reliable decisioning requires a shared, structured representation of business reality.
Before credit can be extended
Identity must be resolved. In advanced markets, this is taken for granted. In emerging economies, it is the hardest problem to solve — and the most valuable.
Before compliance can be automated
Entities must be anchored to verifiable real-world records. Jade's data corpus — built over decades — provides that anchor across 44 markets.
Before AI can transact autonomously
Counterparties must be verified at the infrastructure level. Jade is building the rails that make autonomous commerce trustworthy.
Operators, not allocators.
Jade is not a passive investor. The Jade leadership team has been building and running data businesses across five continents for the better part of 35 years. When we acquire or build a company, we take an active operating role from day one. We don't sit on boards and offer advice. We operate.
Capital allocation
We acquire enduring trust infrastructure.
We identify and take controlling stakes in businesses with structural moats: proprietary data assets, regulatory entrenchment, and deep embeddedness in customers' critical decision workflows.
AI transformation
We drive transformation from the inside.
We systematically apply AI across every company we operate. Our edge is three decades of operating knowledge in markets where the underlying data problems are uniquely hard to solve.
Compounding intelligence
Every decision makes the platform smarter.
Every document processed, verification completed, and credit outcome observed enriches our data corpus. This feedback loop creates a competitive advantage that is structural, not feature-level.
The people building this
The Jade team has been operating data businesses across five continents for over three decades. We don't advise from the outside. We build from the inside.
